We have another issue with seniority. There are many of the same skilled trades members who have been laid off, having 22+ years of production seniority picked up at WTAP.
Those same UAW members now have day 1 seniority. I know in the 2015 it was bargained that we keep our seniority only from the last plant worked. Only 1 person went into the trades returned to their original plant. I personally have 22 yrs production and 7 trades, because of the language I have nothing... I was sent to the worst possible area and shift...

We done our time and gave up concessions just to keep the lights on. Give us credit for the years we actually worked.
