I Sadia Zeeshan citizen of Pakistan demand its Government to start Senior Citizens Allowance for General public as right now only Government Employees and Retired Army Officers can only avail this allowance facility, whereas common senior citizens are facing all financial pressures.
I hope Prime Minister of Pakistan will take some responsibility and act wisely on this alarming and serious issue ASAP.

I am signing Sadia Zeeshan's petition because as she rightly points out only retired government officials, both civilian and military, are able to avail this facility. The facility should be extended to all people of retirement age and above. The hardships faced by this group of people are enormous. The UN has pointed out that Pakistan and Afghanistan are two of the worst countries for people who have reached that age.
Agree with the cause.

It's indeed a grave issue which has been neglected for so long that it became invisible. I'm glad someone brought this up and it will definitely turn out to be a positive step in progressive Pakistan!
