This is a petition requesting the state of California abide by their decision to have Paris Hilton serve 45 days in the county jail. She will be incarcerated for violating her probation, while driving under the influence of alcohol. (Secondary offenses include over-indulgence, recklessness, selfishness, shallowness, uselessness, and overblown ego without warrant. These offenses represent her character and are not considered crimes but a lack of moral fiber).
