It is a ridiculous idea to relocate our neighborhood to highway 9 school. Definitely not thinking of the children first.

Mrs. Vadgana has provided a thoughtful argument based on facts. When applying the redistricting criteria , it is clear that moving children from the Grand Veridian neighborhood across Holcomb Bridge Road to HWY 9 is not supported. HWY 9 is neither the closest school in proximity to our neighborhood nor are the logistics of travel the safest choice for our children. To move these kids to another school to satisfy any agenda other than what is in the very best interest of the children is irresponsible. Please look at the facts, do your own independent research (drive from our neighborhood to each of the schools), and make to right decision to not move our children. Thank you in advance.

Our children should not be bused to schools further away across dangerous intersections when closer schools are available. Our community will be highly aware of votes on this subject

Please DO NOT redistrict to the Hwy 9 school. We Live in Grand Veridian Subdivision off Houze Way. If we must be redistricted, Sweet Apple is the closest school, not the Hwy 9 school. It also more closely aligns with the middle school. Sweet Apple Elementary also DOES have the room to accommodate our students. To force our students to the far less desirable school is a blatant attempt for Fulton County to use affluent neighborhoods like ours to prop up the lower test scores. A move to Swet Apple will preserve our real estate property values; a forced move to the Hwy 9 wil make our homes less desirable and decrease our home values significantly. Sweet Apple is closer and should be the go-to school.

Please reconsider the rezoning patterns for the Grand Veridian neighborhood. The safety of students must be a priority, and this proposal provides the best options for our neighborhood children

We have a faulty redistricting process - the map proposed by FCS is flawed.
