We can’t open like normal without putting lives of teachers and the kids’ families at risk. Masks need to at least be required.

Send our kids back to school this fall. It’s clear by now that this virus isn’t the apocalypse people had feared. Lockdowns have not made us safer and our children’s education shouldn’t be further compromised. Students around the world have safely returned to their classrooms and ours should too.

Our kids' mental and emotional health depends on them getting back to school - to routine, normalcy, friends, etc. Their mental/emotional health is at FAR greater risk than their risk of getting corona at school.

We did the lockdown to flatten the curve and allow our healthcare system to not get overwhelmed. We achieved that here in Iowa. The lockdown was NOT to be a forever thing. This virus is not going to go away however the number of people sick with it as well as hospitalizations is trending downward still today. With that said, people need to get back to work and our kids NEED to get back to school. The mental toll that this has taken on not only is as adults, but our young people has done far greater damage than the virus ever will! Send our kids back to school! Please!

Please send them back to school. This virus does not effect the kids the way it does the older people. For those that are scared to send them, they can Zoom into the classroom. Let those of us that aren’t scared send them back

Kids need to get back to normal life which includes going back to school & without masks, etc.! A student should be allowed to wear a mask if they want to but it should not be required for everyone! It also might be helpful to remind & encourage parents to work on building their child's immune system between now & when school starts... vitamin C & vitamin D for example.
