Senator Yee, who seems to be completely ignorant of the video game market, has decided to take his case to the supreme court, and is labelling video games similar to "Pornography, Gambling and the Death Penalty", and seeks to have them censored as such. The sorts of games that are remotely comparable to these are censored by the ESRB and tend not to be stocked by high-street stores.
