Been installing these systems for 30 years and now they want me to take a test like I dont know what im doing. Enough with the red tape.

Why, this particular group. Nurses, Lawyers, Doctors even beautician etc do have to test to renew their lisenses. I am a nurse and I have to pay every 2 years to have mine renewed. There is not test. Is there any one in Richmond who reallys cares about the citizens

I started doing septic work in 1976. Why now in 2014 is there so much regulation for contractors on conventional septic systems ?
