I am from Australia, where are laws are very different is so of your areas of law I agree we could be a little tougher. But I have watched Justin Grainer story and followed his story. I do believe that we are responsible for the part we play in doing wrong but I can also see when someone has worked really hard to fix what they have done to make it right and I believe this in Justin Grainer story. I don't believe that he should have to do life for being in the wrong place at the wrong time or even to what part he played in this sad event. I hope you would consider he was a young teenager who I'm sure regrets all his wrongs. But life. If anyone deserve park I believe Justin Grainer does. I believe he has paid for his crime and has been showing his remorse by Turning around and helping others. Please show some mercy and grant him parol. Please

It's well past the time to make a change in the way prison systems in Louisiana lock people up for years and years without looking to see if maybe that person learned a life long lesson

When public safety is not an issue why should we withhold forgiveness?
Let's all get behind this bill.
