Hi! Please consider this bill because I have family members & friends that are incarcerated unjustly as a result of a first time oh fence , and currently incarcerated for life . He has rehabilitated his self and others around him. He been Incarcerated 24 years of his life he has a tremendous amount of influence that today's society needs to make a change . I asking Again Please consider him and other to be eligible for parole to allow the continues of returning in Society to be a productive citizen once again! Thanks!

I AGREE, HELL, THE ONES THAT ARE MY AGE 45 PLUS NOW WASN'T BUT KIDS 30 YEARS AGO BARELY OUT OF HIGH SCHOOL.

I truly feel that first offenders should get a second chance at society, There are lifers that have been been locked up since the late 50's early 60's too old or sick to commit a crime . They are costing the state more money due to their health. I think house arrest or maybe just total freedom for first offenders. Some of them cases so old until they are just lost in the system and no attorney want to appeal their case because it requires too much extensive studying. If God can forgive who ate we to hold anyone in bondage for life because of one crime.

I'm living proof that an individual can serve 20 yrs. return to society as a productive citizen. I' m doing it for over 4 yrs. now. The Parole board is professional and knows who can and cannot be released, please support thi bill and allow some relief to those that are deserving. It's a win win for all concerned.

I believe it should be 15 years with rehabilitation. Anything over 15 years is wasting tax payer's money.
