My cousin is to life down there he was young i think he deserve chance at life i know he mad a bad choice in life just wanna him home with the family i know that god going turn it all around for him .

I think that Louisiana needs to reconsider it's sentencing guidelines and reevaluate 1st time offenders given LWOP as well as those sentenced under the mandatory minimum and 3 strikes laws.judges should have the ability to use their experience and judgement

As a minister to inmates I have witnessed first hand lifers who should be given a parole hearing but are not legally eligible for it.

I think and request that 1st offenders be seriously considered for parole. Many times mistakes are made and will not be repeated knowing of the consequences. I am sure that almost all if released would not commit another crime. Especially if they have a loving family who will support them

Louisiana continues to enforce archaic practices in sentencing. My family member was lockednup at 17 years old and is currently 56 years old. He is a completely different man. He needs to come home. Its TIME!!
