This petition is intended to generate enough support and/or members for a class action lawsuit against Ebay. Although there may be plenty of things to complain about, we are focusing on the sellers who have been a victim of Ebay's buyer protection policies. These policies encourages scamming practices. Buyers have been able to get free products. Some have even taken parts off/out of the product; used and damaged the product; and then claimed product was "not as described" or "arrived damaged." The buyer gets a full refund. The seller doesn't get his/her product back, receives a different product or a damaged product. This is unfair since many sellers use Ebay to supplement their income and in some cases it is their only income. If you are a seller, and have experienced a problem with selling on Ebay such as those mentioned above, please sign this petition. Be sure to leave correct information so that we can keep you updated.
In the meantime, try to record any contact that you have with Ebay. Be sure to let the representative know you are recording. Also, copy and keep a record of all correspondence with Ebay and buyer/scammer.

I started this because I felt alone in these experiences, but reading your stories has shown me that this is happening to so many of you. It is honestly overwhelming to see how much of a shared struggle this has become. I am currently sorting through all your messages to better understand how we can approach this as a group.

I am honestly overwhelmed by how many people have stepped forward to share their own frustrating experiences with these policies. This momentum belongs entirely to you because it shows that so many of us have been struggling with this silent burden alone.

THIS NEEDS TO END. lost so much money because ebay just takes the buyers side every single time regardless of proof. ridiculous.
Ebay is literally scamming the sellers now. I sold a laptop and the buyer sent me back a broken old one. Total robbery.
We need to file a RICO Class Action Lawsuit against eBay and PayPal for systematically engaging in theft of sellers funds, mail fraud, etc. as they appear to be 'more than' aiding and abetting false buyer SNAD claims. Sellers never win - eBay not only "gives away" their product, they steal the sellers money to repay the lyin' buyer. Then comes the icing on the cake - seller STILL stuck with eBay/PayPal selling fees, as well as getting a "mark" against their sales record, potentially knocking them out of their hard-earned Top Seller category - which allows eBay to collect 20% more in fees every month! Wouldn't surprise me one bit if it was discovered that these "buyers" were working for eBay...LETS GET A RICO CLASS ACTION CASE GOING AND NOT ONLY GET OUR $$ BACK - LET'S PUT THESE CROOKS BEHIND BARS WHERE THEY BELONG!

Happened to me twice already this year. Buyer kept my item and got all his money back. Ebay support is a complete joke.
