I have been scammed too many times and am fed up with it, and the non-existent customer service. Ebay just don't care about the Seller.

Although having irrefutable proof that the buyer was lying on his claim, the resolution centre just gave him a full refund regardless. When I did ask customer services to appeal they told me that they take the word of the buyer regardless of my proof. Ask to complaint and they would not entertain it. Worst customer services I have ever encountered.

eBay are possibly the very worst of the online retail sites. Customer services is a joke as far as sellers are concerned. Accounts are suspended, monies taken from PayPal accounts and bank accounts as eBay sees fit. You invest in stock, warehousing, staff, IT systems to build a business on eBay - along comes some buyer with 3 feedback, buys an item leaves unreasonable DSR (twice) and hey you have a possible account suspension. You write a professional response to eBay expecting a professional response - no chance - some monkey cuts and pastes some garbage and you get nowhere. You call -you are blocked from all telephone communications. You eventually find some obscure telephone number - get through to a real person, who just fobs you off with irrelevant drivel. eBay does not deserve the trust necessary for any business - large or small to invest time money and effort into building a business on eBay

Sent a brand new phone. Buyer said it was broken and sent back a smashed old one. Ebay sided with them instantly. Lost the phone and the money. Never selling here again.
