The faster it is done the better. He is 24 and doesnt seem to be improving at all. He contributes to absolutely nothing in the midfield. Not a great tackler, or a great passer(unless you consider 5 yard passes and backpasses to constitute for great passing) or someone with a good workrate like Ramires. Just unbelievable that such a player can play for United
