To empower the students of Palisades Charter High School and eradicate sexual assault. For students to be able to protect themselves from violation and use physical defense. SHIELD Women's Self Defense training will increase self-confidence, enhance personal safety, raise awareness, and teach one how to use his/her body as a weapon.
