what a waste of respources putting together a piece of legislation that isnt practical and is riddled with inaccuricies. So much so to the point that Hogan and his backing team have to issue amendments within a week and then proceed to make comments that are a complete contradiction to what is contained in the statutory instrument. It could only happen in Ireland.

We should be able to bud a house/home for our family in any way viable. its not our fault for corrupt builders in the past.

Minister Hogan Can we please stop all of this bloody nonsense! Dump SI9 which has already proven to have serious flaws – replace it with the tried and tested system presently in operation in England and lets all get back to work.

i 100% back this petition. as an architectural technologist & a future self builder. if you need any help in your fight for change in the regulation contact me. ive been hit on the double. im self employer with a wife & 2 small kids & this regulation prevents me from gaining future work.
