Why don't we have this petition signing done physically at the meet day which will be more materialistic. I believe we have done the same last year, seems like mayor of DBKL has made up his mind to bulldoze the project thru !!

The name Taman Rimba is meant for Taman & not meant for buildings it was gazetted to be, otherwise it will be called bangunan Rimba. So, Please please do it for the sake of future generations not condo but Taman!

This is scary in KL & PJ... Local council has rules & regulation and guidelines not followed? State, too has regulations and guidelines not followed say the least? SEVERAL Petaling Jaya councillors objected to the plot ratio of 1:8 at Transit Oriented Development (TOD) projects at the full board meeting. Plot ratios represent the gross build-up area of a development to the land it occupies whereas TODs are locations with efficient public transportation systems such as the LRT and MRT. Petaling Jaya mayor Datuk Mohd Azizi Mohd Zain, however, pointed out that the decision was made at the state level. “What the state decides, we have to follow. “However, in Petaling Jaya even when developers come up with a plot ratio of 1:4, we receive so many objections. “Developers must fulfil a lot of criteria before they can get approval for the 1:8 plot ratio,” said Mohd Azizi. http://www.thestar.com.my/metro/community/2017/04/26/toeing-the-line-on-density-pj-mayor-says-high-plot-ratio-for-tod-projects-set-by-state-government/

Too much destruction of our nature is causing negative effects on our environment. Leave this land as it is.
