There is enough development for housing in TTDI. Stop being greedy. I'm sure you all know there are a lot of unsold condos/apartment in TTDI (due to economy) so why bother building another one?

Enough is enough. Kuala Lumpur as a whole is a mess. Taman Tun at the moment is already overbuilt. Look at the parking situation in the vicinity of shophouses. These are signs that the ratio of cars to parking is grossly outnumbered. DBKL should be more mindful to sustainable community living. Residential areas should be place of tranquility, peace and healthy environment. As it is Taman Tun has seen a sprouting of high rise condominium. Further development will only aggravate current situation. With the upcoming Malaysian Vision Valley (MVV) project growth of Klang Valley should spread horizontal as oppose to vertical. Kuala Lumpur is not Singapore where land is far greater. We should treasure nature and with the present of wildlife, such as, hornbill, in Taman Rimba, an even more reason to take care of the fragile ecosystem.

I used to stay near ttdi and go to the park for weekly runs. I still go there once a while. It is sad to hear that the council wants to demolish the place for new developments. We rarely have plans to keep areas for greens but more for the other way round.

Kiara hill is the only green lung , after Lake Gardens, left in Kuala Lumpur. This is where a lot of people, young and old, take their time- out in the mornings and evenings. Don't deny us of our little pleasures in life .

Taman Tun Dr Ismail is a model of sustainable livable city. And home to thousands of families. Please do not allow greedy politicians and developers to destroy it.
