As a resident in ttdi since 1993, this development is simply too massive and not welcomed.

A developed nation needs green lungs, focus on preserving green lungs and the environment. Short term financial gain will not improve our quality of life. Vote for change

Stop all development until DBKL has done occupancy audit of existing condos and residences. I think we have excess capacity that occupancy. Need to think sustainability in terms of utility and water.

Please preserve as much green lung areas in the Klang Valley. We have already have a glut in building spaces unoccupied, why build more? Reducing the green areas also affect the general health of the air in the environment & raise the temperature.

Civic participation and voices must be taken seriously in the planning of the city as well as land use - especially those that are based on facts and figures. This is not an autocratic country. People have power and they shall be heard and heeded.

The proposed development is unconscionable, and the approvers should be aware of the initiatives of MACC to investigate any indications of personal financial benefits to themselves or their families.
