1. A 6-lane highway on Jln Datuk Sulaiman is TOTALLY UNNECESSARY.
2. Tmn Rimba Kiara is a public park. Let it remain so.

How many soulless condos does one city need!!? Most of the condos in KL seem to be about 60% occupied, these should be filled first before building yet more. As usual this is just about greed with developers desperately trying to stake out the last bits of land even if they are on or near nice natural areas that actually provide an environment for people to enjoy the outdoors. Last year there was a ban on hotel development as the current supply was far outstripping demand for rooms, this should be also the case for condos. Malaysia has a population of 30 million not 1.3 billion like China or India, no more condos are required!!!
One of the most disturbing aspects is the road development - how can a 6 lane highway possibly fit in the proposed area without turning everyone’s lives into a horrible noisy polluted misery? There are already far too many highways in KL, the money should be spent on encouraging and educating people to use the public transport such as the new MRT and not building unnecessary monstrosities that cause awful noise and pollution in one of the only semi non polluted areas of the city.
This development is a disaster for TTDI and should not go ahead. DBKL need to act on behalf of the community and for once don't just give in to developers looking for a quick dollar who have no consideration for the local communities or the beautiful nature in the surrounding area.
