as a supporter for nearly 60 years i've always preffered to stand and so i think if we could have an area for this it would keep everybody happy.

Not having designated 'singing areas' and selling 10,000 child Season Tickets and then not having defined family areas were massive mistakes.
The whole management of the sale of seats / season tickets was flawed and that's where all the problems originate from.
