The article made me really angry because the interviewer was out of line. Dan and Phil have inspired so many people in the world. And the fandom really isn't made up of 12 year olds, I'm 19. "Sex icons" my butt. We all know Dan and Phil, it's time others know too.

Just wanna add they aren't "sex icons." And not all their fans are 12 year old little girls. Me (16) my 20 year old brother and his 23 year old girlfriend all love watching Dan and Phil along with my parents and Grands. I don't watch them bake cookies and cakes and play video games and scream like toddlers when they play scary games. I watch them because they make me smile and happy and I can relate to think. The article that this guy wrote had completely uncalled for passive agressiveness the whole way through constantly putting dan and phil down, saying they were immature kids, needing to grow up, get a real job etc. He didnt need to write a rude article like this and phil and dan dont need this in their lives - neither do we. They're doing what they love for people who love what they do and the whole thing was unnecessary. Therefore i am petitioning against it. Thank you for raising this petition

The interviewer should not have asked such personal questions such as asking about Dan's sexuality. It was unprofessional and they should get some form of apology.
