Simeon is my co-worker he is the most helpful polite the respecting person that I had ever met. We are currently working at Seneca niagara casino as dealers. In my view as the way he talks, his behaviors and his personality he cannot be a criminal. Thank you.

As a friend and fellow veteran that served with Simeon. I believe this is a true injustice to one of my fellow soldiers. As a father I also believe this is an injustice, Simeon is a great man that deserves a warning on this.

I have known mr.mokiber since we were children, not only is he a true American hero,but a great father and role model for all.

He is the devoted, SOLE caretaker of a blind, disabled little boy who would never understand and possibly never recover from his father leaving him. All for a victimless "crime" that is a direct violation of an American citizen's guaranteed Constitutional rights. What would this accomplish, other than leaving this poor baby parentless and stroking some politician's ego? It isn't saving anyone from anything. It is doing nothing but destroying otherwise innocent people to further an already protected politician's illusion of safety. The Founding Fathers would be ashamed if they saw how this was turning out. We live and work and hold office in this country because of them, and because of the service of men like Simeon. We as a country owe him for the ability to stand here and make the unconstitutional and unjust laws that he now suffers under. He paid his debt before someone else determined that he made one. Please consider the totality of his life...and that of his innocent son...before making your judgment.

Please give leniency for Simeon. He is a good man, husband and father and an upstanding citizen. Don't take him away from his wife and children :( He fought for our country and is not a criminal!

The safe act is a horrendous pile of steaming paper that serves no one except putting the governor's name in another headline. It only serves to make criminals out of ordinary people that have done nothing else wrong but were made into felons over night with the stroke of a pen.

I went and fought in Afghanistan and Iraq and when I came home to New York and heard of this NY SAFE act, I wondered why I was fighting when my rights at home were being taken away by criminal politicians?

No one benefits from this man going to jail. The community is no safer if that happens. On the other hand his son, his employer, his family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers all suffer if he is sentenced to prison. Please let justice be done and grant him leniency.
