This Petition is to address the current issues we as customers of Seek Thermal are currently facing.

I have described my interaction and observations of Seek and what I think their customers would like them to change.

Seek has had a serious lack of communication with their customers from the start of the product launch. After completing the order process the confirmation page listed that there would be a 5-7 day delay in shipping, which was not indicated anywhere on their website. After the 5-7 day period passed, the next delay the customers experienced was Seek claiming they need the different Apps to be approved in their respective App store before shipping could begin. Once the Android App was approved they then started to ship the Android version. Once the IOS App was approved there was still no activity until a week later, where Seek claimed they did not expect the App to be approved so quickly and shipping should start in a couple of weeks, “hopefully”. Seek did not explain what the cause of the shipping delay was or why they have told multiple conflicting and untrue stories. When I or others would contact Seek regarding these issues, there was a canned response detailing a great backlog of orders and that they would hopefully start shipping in a couple of weeks. Now, more than a month after the launch, and placing my order, Seek made a comment on their Facebook page that IOS cameras stared shipping last week however, no one on their Facebook page that ordered the IOS version has seen any indication that IOS version has started to ship.

It seems that there are some legitimate issues over at Seek regarding the IOS version’s production. I am not sure if it is raw material availably or a design flaw but something is occurring and Seek is going to great lengths to keep this undisclosed.

What I would recommend Seek do is to correct this is as follows:

1. Honestly communicate what is happening with production that is causing all of these delays.

2. Start a daily update of production issues or achievements on their website or Facebook page.

3. Introduce a way that customers can get an accurate estimate of product arrival dates.

Like most companies that offer a product, Seek owes its future success to the people who buy their product. Every company should value and respect its customers, they are the companies’ livelihood. If you agree with me and would like Seek to change their behavior please sign this petition.
