It provides a value to the businesses who trusted Google and the Business View program to pay to publish images on their business listing.

An unnamed bucket with one pano would work fine. Before we had 2 buckets. Now we often have none. Most businesses I speak too want 2 buckets - one for a pano and one for the wide angle image of their choice with the most viewed dropping in there if they do not choose. Lately the knowledge graph shows nothing of visual interest and sales are dropping from G+ profile creation. Even worse, in plus.google.com clients cannot find the business (no map), call the businesss.

Keep 'see inside'. 360°s lost where they are. Created more confusion than alleviated. Reduced impetus for business to get 360°s done. Reduced impetus for GTP to promote new system. More difficult to promote to clients. I am no longer promoting this service due to change and cannot deal with multiple level businesses properly.

Of course the 'see inside' should be kept. Gives viewers direct access to the company from the company profile page. No point having the feature if see inside is hidden from view.

This is an important feature to all businesses. Quality panoramic imagery is very important. Similar to the standards when the TIP program relied on quality from 2012 through 2014.

Google's current 360 display policy seems based on amateur contributors with limited and often questionable content. For them it is fine. Automated curation and showing each 360 may be test. For TIPs and our business clients, it is a disaster. Google users are not served by seeing all 20, 40, even 100 steps of a virtual tour in the thumbnail bar! It overwhelms them making Google less useful. Further, there is NO way any algorithm can better select a tour starting point and view vs the human TIP and business owner. So why not allow it again? That serves Google users far more and provides a much better user experience. If "See inside" confuses some users the solution isn't to remove this very valuable tool. It is to remove the confusion with a better name such as "Virtual Tour." I can't begin to tell you how dumbfounded, even angry my clients are with Google's removal of "See inside." Google users I talk to, who understand "See inside" are also dumbfounded. They came to really look for these tours. While changes made for amateur contributors may be beneficial to users, removing these features for TIPs definitely are not.

This is the main selling point to customers and the one thing that all of my customers really like. Quite a few have already said they feel as though they have wasted money now they don't have it available. Potential customers don't seem interested when I tell them that the see inside image will not be included in any Google inside tours.

We would like the See Inside badge on our panos.
