I have sent a formal letter to Judge Mary Ann Turner detailing the facts about my medical care. My next step involves organizing a meeting with a local legal advocate to review the custody documents.

The increase in support has provided the necessary leverage to begin drafting a formal letter for Judge Turner. Legal counsel is now reviewing the language of our request to ensure it aligns with the court filing requirements.

Total lies. Keep her where she is happy and safe.
Poor kid. Courts need to listen to the child instead of just taking the fathers word for it. Let her stay in Texas!
I will fax the judge today. This sounds so unfair.
This is heartbreaking. No child should be ripped away from their home like this. Sending prayers for Sedona to stay where she is loved.
