I am an Algerian student applying for an Italian student visa for the 2026/2027 academic year. The recent change in English-language certificate requirements has created serious difficulties for students, especially due to the very limited availability of IELTS appointments. I respectfully support this petition and ask the Italian authorities to consider students who started their procedures under the previous requirements and to allow a fair transition period.

I am an Algerian student admitted to an Italian university. I have already provided proof of English proficiency accepted by the university. We kindly ask the Italian authorities to reconsider the new English language certificate requirement for student visa applications in Algeria, especially for students whose English level has already been verified by their university.

My friend is in this exact situation. It makes no sense to ruin someone's future over a degree that is literally being printed as we speak.

The administration knows how the Iranian academic calendar works. Why change the rules now and screw everyone over? Ridiculous.

this is so unfair. they worked so hard to get those admissions and now they might lose everything because of some paperwork timing? please help them.

Dont let these students lose their scholarships over a simple date error. just give them the extra month like before!!

A total waste of talent if they have to wait another year. It shouldnt be this hard to study abroad.

PLEASE extend the deadline. Italy needs these students and they deserve a fair chance to start their studies.
