Dear Home Owners Association, We, the undersigned, are unified in our belief that Tanglewilde South Town homes need to improve over all security related to the amount of theft we have had now and in the past. We agree that the security will benefit us and the HOA, and will make us even happier tenants. The HOA fees that we pay might not cover the security guard fees, but we are willing to be charged whatever extra amount if reasonable for the security service.
