I consult to DOD contractors, not working directly for a company with GOV contracts

In accordance with United States Constitution I am appealing for the right of security access as a natural born citizen of the United States.

We all are tired of being told no clearance no job and...only way to get it is to get a job. Let us petition ourselves.

I would like to be able to accept the vetting process and cost to secure my own clearance for employment. Thise who really want it, like a passport would be willing to forgo the expense to obtain the ability to become employed.

I too am no longer active, and I am perfectly qualified for a LOGCAP contracting job, and now wait for another opportunity to seek the clearance I need.

Its a catch 22 situation where you need the clearance to get the job but you need the job to get the clearance. Totally ridiculous system.
