I have been told by other tenants that their car had been broken into, also. Hopefully, the security cameras would remedy this situation.

I agree with the security cameras a single women living in the building. I would also love to see basic upkeep of the building happening. I have lived in the building for some time and my outside windows are filthy. I was told it was my responsibility to clean the outside windows but how can I when I am on the 2nd floor and cant even reach them? Its ridiculous.

Last year in October, literary 2 months after I moved in my car got broken into and bunch of personal items was stolen. I filed a report with the police and I even told Rick about it who said he would think about getting security cameras, but nothing has been done since. I think it's ridiculous that we as tenants can't feel safe in our own home. Locks needs to be changed including the remote password to the gate (so no old tenants can enter). We already pay bunch of money to live here, so security IS mandatory! Thank you

Agree that security cameras need to be installed and overall management needs to improve. The washers/dryers are constantly broken; there is smoking going on and coming into our apartment on a daily basis; and nothing is being done

The front door and the door from the lobby to the parking are constantly open. This is ridiculous how insecure this building is. Anyone can enter the property at any time during the day or at night. There's no surveillance and it's not a true gated building, since the front door has been broken for past few years I have been here.
Not to add other issues including smoking on premises/elevator. Hallways half way carpeted. Lobby decorated with furnitures from previous tenants and old trash. Washing machines never properly working. Very poor management all the way.
