We the undersigned call on the Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority (LSRCA) to fully consult with the people of Ontario, and residents of the Lake Simcoe watershed in particular, on DG Group's application for a Section 28 permit, which would allow the company to destroy provincially significant wetlands in the North Gwillimbury Forest on the Maple Lake Estates property. The LSRCA must establish a proper process for receiving public input and formal submissions on this destructive proposal.
