We the undersigned petition the University of Reading to provide:

1. A second 24 hour study
   
2. With access to toilets
   
3. With access to a water fountain
   
4. With access to a vending machine
   

 For these reasons:

1. Not all students are available to use the daytime services
   
2. The current 24 hour study room doesn't have enough access to desk space
   
3. The facilities required are seen as a necessity
   

For the use of all students studying on any course by September 2012.
