"Since apparently we can't have other tickets, we would like to ask for another date! Even if you have to change the performing bands. I'm sure we can fill ACCOR HOTEL ARENA twice, or even three times. It would avoid many getting swindled and it would settle the unfairness of the situation. Indeed, many fans were there at 10AM and/or even had presale codes and still didn't get anything! Because of bots, people paying different website so that they would buy their tickets for them, etc.

Our petition is approaching one hundred signatures which will increase our visibility when we present this request to the organizers. Please encourage those who share our frustration regarding ticket access to add their names to this collective effort.

Etant inscrit en prevente et n'ayant pas de place parceque je lai ai perdu a cause dun beug et que des gens revendent les places pour 500 euros et plus je signe ! Beaucoup de personne sont déçu et espere une 2e date pour ce festival genial.
S'il vous plait rajouter une date ! Et s'il serait possible cette fois de bloquer les bots qui permet au revendeur d'acheter en masse, de les bloquer pour laisser plus de chance aux autres, dont les FRANÇAIS en PRIORITÉS depuis le temps qu'on attend que ça arrive en France... En espérant qu'on soit tous écouter.
We needed a disabled seat and I called the arena a at 9am and for few times after. I had 2 tickets online then it wouldn't let me process them? Very annoyed and any other time it's over a few days or nights not just 1.
SVP organisez une deuxième journée je me suis inscrite aux préventes qui ont été annulés je ne comprend pas qu'il n'y ai pas eu de priorités pour ces personnes, si certains groupes ne peuvent pas venir remplacez les mais vous pouvez largement remplir une salle un deuxième jour avec le nombre de personnes qui n'ont pas eu de places !!!
If the first event sold out that fast I'm sure you could sell out a 2nd day! Companies involved would make even more money and many more fans would get to see their idols (for many this is a once in a lifetime chance). I hope they'd consider it.

There's no way 18,000 tickets were gone in the whole 1st second of the opening time. I refuse to believe that. No matter how popular kpop is, I don't believe they sold out that quickly while Justin Bieber still has a few seats after a few days. The site was faulty on the day and the sale process was a farce
