Marcus is a GREAT PERSON , I think by granting him the opportunity to be realeased is a opportunity for him to give back to his community , but I think it will GREATLY APPRECIATED BY HIS COMMUNITY AND OTHERS ... MARCUS HAS PAID HIS DEBT TO SOCIETY, and WE NEED HIM TO ASSIST WITH GETTING OUR COMMUNITIES BACK IN ORDER....

This was a smart and great man. I believe that his future would have been very productive and positive. I would love to see him have a second chance to have a normal life. I love you Mark Boyd. Stay strong my friends my brother.

I took classes with this man, very intelligent and worthy of a second chance. I work as an educator in the South Memphis area, we're blight and hopelessness spreads like a plague. We need people willing to work on the front line to change the mindsets of our youth in the community.

He definitely deserves a 2nd chance, 17 years is definitely long enough especially facing time w/o getting into any other trouble. May God grant you favor Mr. Markus "The Valedictorian"

I remember Markus from school ... A SMART and GOOD GUY I think his time has been well served 17 YEARS is a long time. I believe that he has learned from his mistakes. I'm not his GOD or the jury and I'm not entitled to jugde him but he needs a second chance I'm praying everything works out Markus
