This petition has been a long time coming. Mark certainly deserves a 2nd chance at life. He is a very good man , changed for the better. His family needs to reunite with him and our son needs him bad out here. Life hadn't been the same since he left. Me and Dee love him more than he knows and pray for his return.~Angie

This is my first time hearing of this particular trial and judgement and it is just not acceptable.. A murderer could get less time for manslaughter... We must fix this system
