The SEC are in breach of their own memorandum to protect public investors , by freezing Veritaseum assets with out any due diligence they have affected the price and in turn attacked the very people they are suppose to protect . Release Veritaseum assets now , drop all charges against Reggie Middleton and confirm publicly that it is a Utility Token .

These actions by the SEC breach both the spirit and the letter of the law and they must be undone as soon as possible.

The SEC is tampering with hindering progress of innovative free enterprise and in the process hurting the consumer they are charged with protecting. Just how does a software platform get labeled as a security? Mr. Middleton is Not the bad guy here. The SEC is.

The SEC is corrupt to the core. They pretended to be working with Veritasseum. But really was working with Reggie Middleton to find out his plans and behind his back the SEC sabotaged Veritasseum and went to the Jamaican stock exchange and killed the deal Reggie had going. Also told Reggie to stop working on the software part of his product. Then turned around and now charging Reggie as being a fraud because he has no PRODUCT because the SEC demanded that he stop working on his product. This is a rogue group in the SEC that needs to be charged themselves. They pretended to work with a company only to get the information to KILL THIS COMPANY. HOW IS THAT PROTECTING THE INVESTORS. YEAH. ITS NOT. THESE AGENTS NEED TO BE FIRED AND BROUGHT TO JUSTICE THEMSELVES.

The SEC cannot destroy a technological innovation that will help FREE humanity. The old system is dying and we need a new technologically advanced system to take over...Veritaseum is perfectly situated to replace the old, corrupt exchanges.

SEC-- your actions prove one thing for certain and that is you have no credibility where credibility is needed the most. All you're good at is running cover for the Wall St. manipulators who rig the markets day in, day out. Occasionally you may do your job to make it look like you're doing your job. You're a disgrace.

Veritaseum has followed through with their obligation and promises. As an token holder at any point did I ever feel that I was misled. Veri had a working platform which I was involved using that worked very well. I bought and stored some silver also through the platform.
