SEC, Please resend your lawsuit against Veritaseum LLC (VERI). VERI utilizes blockchain technology to transfer ownership of assets between individuals. The transfer employs a cryptography "token" that allows transparency and efficiencies in the market place. The transaction is secure and transparent. More importantly, the token is not a security, but a scalable software platform.

Kind of strange when the govt. regulators step up to prevent a fraud that the victims of the “fraud” aren’t complaining about. We the people, in fact, stand on the side of the “supposed fraudsters” and once again are being shafted by the very people who are supposed to protect us. If it truly was a fraud the SEC would do nothing, other than protect it and probably get in on fleecing the people that the SEC was designed to protect. I swear you people poison everything you touch!! That’s your legacy!!

The SEC, the people who are operating it , are acting illegally. You will be held accountable as individuals in some way at some time. Your actions are of people with no courage , low moral standards and selfishness.... you are creating bad karma for yourself.
