Gee...where has the SEC been for all the REAL securities fraud we've had just in the last 20 years? How about Madoff's fraud that you were alerted to but did NOTHING about, until way after the horse left the barn?

I hold the VERI utility token for the use of the Veritaseum peer-to-peer software platform.

Veri is everything that Reggie Middleton said it is. I was never told I owned equity in the company, and that the Veri was a token to use the software. Please unfreeze the Veri assets and allow Middleton to continue this work!

I am now locked out of the software that I bought into because of the
SEC. Nothing that Reggie Middleton has been detrimental to my financial situation. What the SEC has done is a massive blow to my financial situation. You are the problem...not Reggie Middleton.

SEC, what your doing is wrong! Your supposed to be protecting us Retail investors and Reggie and Veritaseum are not a scam. How about you go after one of the hundreds of actual scam projects in the Cyrpto space instead?

Reggie Middleton and Veritaseum have been consistently truthful and transparent about VERI. As a VERI holder and believer in the usefulness and legitimacy of Veritaseum, I am distressed by this SEC action. Troublesome is such SEC action against a clearly legitimate , credible and useful token and software. I fail to see how this SEC action protects me or any other participant.

what are you doing? you are to protect retail. since the sec got involved, i no longer can sell my gold , and my veri token price has plummeted. stop your criminals acts now, please arrest real criminals that cause stock market and house price crashes , like in 2008 . how many arrested? maybe 1. veri should be given security status, an awesome platform, easy to use. please protect us from criminals , you are doing the opposite. investigate known scams. i can give you a list of them if needed.

Future investigations of the SEC will reveal either its innocence or guilt in regards to its mission to protect the investors from fraud. In helping perpetuate said fraud to the benefit of one or more individuals or entities will be regarded as a violation of trust to all Americans. Such deceit deserves indictments under the RICO ACT and punishment under the Executive Order#13818 (forfeiture of all assets) for those involved. Reflect on what will come to pass.
Freedom is worth fighting for!
