VERI tokens are and always have been utility tokens that allow one to gain access to Veritaseum's platform and services.

Greetings SEC, I thoroughly researched the VERI utility token and the technology, plan, Reggie Middleton and his team before purchasing any VERI tokens. I found the it to be solid as advertised. I would suggest that the SEC spend its time and tax payer dollars investigating real market rigging like Silver and Gold markets, and go after the real market riggers, so we can finally have free precious metal markets !!!

VERI has earlier proved that it can be quite a success in making exchanges fair and accountable. Why would you have a problem with such a technological benefit to the world?

As an interested investor I was wondering when researching VERI (Fundamental Analysis wise) and questioning myself and the SEC and certain pundits like Bix Weir from Road to RootA about if, or how do we really know Reggie was negotiating with the SEC on how to implement VERI in some way into the US economy and the whole SEC pressure to the Jamaican stock exchange story - did the SEC really work WITH Reggie and VERI ? Did the SEC ever confirm that or did Reggie only claim this - do we have proof & confirmation of these dealings? How we can find out if the SEC really was working with Reggie - bec. the claims in the suit say he was fraudulently only claiming it as stated under: https://www.sec.gov/litigation/complaints/2019/comp-pr2019-150.pdf 93. On July 7, 2017, Middleton falsely stated in an Internet forum that the “biggest visible distribution from ‘reggie’s wallet’ of [VERI] tokens thus far would be the proposed[Caribbean stock exchange] deal,” even though the exchange had not bought a single VERI. b. Defendants boasted about VERI’s price increases when announcing supposed“deals” between Veritaseum and would-be clients, including on July 4, 2017,when Middleton tweeted that VERI had risen 65% since the announcement ofa supposed deal with a stock exchange; --- Etc. etc. - how can Reggie be working with the SEC (does anyone have proof of this?) but then in the complaint all the shady dealings of Reggie come to light... Reading it it seems really damaging and scammy. Please SEC let us know what is going on.

TO: - Marc Berger - Lara Mehraban - John Enright - Jorge Tenreiro - Victor Suthammanont Good day to all. This is to communicate that your attack on Veritaseum is a very aggressive and some what extraordinary measure. The current and future users of the Veritaseum platform, have had absolutely no doubt as to the legitimacy of Veritaseum LLC and the VERI utility token it requires to hold, in order to use the peer to peer software platform. The VERI token enables efficiency gains in spending it. Users of the VERI token don't gain any equity in the company behind the software. VERI is clearly not a security. The SEC accusations of securities fraud just don't make sense. Users know what the VERI token is and at no time believed or understood it was an entitlement to equity in Veritaseum LLC, nor did they believe it was backed by anything. Users of the Veritaseum software use the token to gain additional efficiency and access to existing and upcoming platform modules. Veritaseum is a peer to peer software platform. Veritaseum's utility token (VERI) is an enabler of additional efficiency and access. The VERI token is not an investment that the users of the platform are making. The SEC removing the utility and shutting down the entire Veritaseum platform, and all of the user's personally held VeAssets, resulted in the destruction of the consumer and the retail user of this technology. This appears to many users who discuss the situation, as an attempt to clearly sabotage a ground breaking technology that looked set to disrupt Wall street. The SEC action affected all users in ways far greater than just the loss of access to the platform. Some users held VeAssets in redeemable, peer to peer trade-able, metal backed, token form. Users had all usability and access to these assets frozen along with the Veritaseum LLC assets. The SEC is supposed to protect the consumer and retail investors for whom you work and are paid by. In

It's software, not a security. Might your time be better spent investigating bullion market rigging? Yes, it would
