My understanding is that Veritaseum is a usable SOFTWARE product that simply enables peer-to-peer transactions; it is NOT a security.

I feel this SEC attack is sponsored by all the organizations which the use of the veritaseum platform will replace the Also the SEC should spend a little more time working on the precious metal market rigging which is going on to this day

The actions of the SEC are proof once again that this government is not of the people or for the people. It seems to be for the entities that you are supposed to be protecting the people from. Shame on you!!!

I do not feel defrauded by Reggie you have taken my ability to use a product I have paid for the SEC has defrauded me by not allowing me to use a product I have paid for and willingly took a risk owning you need to stop all harassment of Reggie Middleton and allow him to carry on business in the United States !!!

You are supposed to protect the consumer or retail investor for whom you work and are paid by.

It seems the SEC is dealing from the bottom of the deck. The SEC Sabotaging the Jamaican deal, behing Reggie's back, is a crime. Especially since Reggie worked with the Regulators for the last 2 years!?! What is the SEC afraid of??

I totally agree with this statement of facts. I am a investor and new what I was buying into, it is my money to lose and not yours to protect my money from me.
