Reggie Middleton appears to be a sensible, intelligent, fair and honest person who is creating a critically important trading platform which will allow peer to peer transactions using modern blockchain technology. The case against him appears to be very unfair and biased.

I wandered all the time what happened with the Jamaica Stock Exchange and Veritaseum.
Stopping this project and not talking about it was unfair.
SEC if you meddle with projects you should informe the stakeholders.
If I had know about your action I would have bought more VERI.

I dont see you shutting down video arcade owners that sell private arcade tokens for their machines. Veri is the software token used to use Veritaseum's software (machines). Put token in and you get to use their software for a task or time frame. Are you shutting down "gas banks" that sell digital representations of gallons of gas? OR places pre-ordering products so they get to get them first?
