I believe this is a software product and it seems to be legitimate, how come SEC was waiting for years and now making the ruling and not protecting the end users and customers? How come SEC put no regulations and then just decided after years? How is that fair to us?

I am a retired Computer Science professor of 20 years with a MBA with an emphasis in Finance and Decisions Systems. I saw Veritaseum, as a great company, to create a free market trading environment. I, therefor, invested in it.
I taught classes for iCarnegie, Carnegie Mellon University’s Computer Science Department online courses. It included upper division classes for "Data Structures and Algorithms" which is the basis of block chain technology that Veritaseum uses. Veritaseum, in my opinion, is peer to peer SOFTWARE, not a security in any way.
I request, you let the company continue their development of industry changing software for honest market trading. It will better our modern word.
