I have loved Sebastian since he first showed up as Klaus and co's. dad in S3 of The Vampire Diaries. This man plays a villain better than any other actor out there. Please have him play Felicity's father in S4. Whether it's as Damian Darkh or some other character - would love to see him on the show!
I would love for this to happen and it would be something Arrow has never done before. Not only would it complicate things for Team Arrow but it will have Felicity enotionally unstable.
I want a strong story for Felicity in S4 and getting Sebastoam Roche as Felicity's father and Damien Darkh would be great!
Sebastian Roche would be perfect walking that fine line between a villain and a man who you want to be a true father to Felicity Smoak. Cast him!

Yes, please make this happen! Loved him as Balthazar on SPN and he was already a villainous vampire on The Originals so this is perfect casting!
