We as students, faculty and Alumni, of Hawaii Pacific University petition to have the HPU Sea Warrior Band's proposed trip to Ireland and England in spring of 2012 be reconsidered. This trip is a long overdue reward for the students who have put in much time and effort into this program that is one of many positive faces for the university around the nation. This trip would also create the Sea Warrior band as an international ensemble adding it to the list of international faces for the University.
