Surely it is more logical and cost effective to maintain and repair an existing sea wall thereby protecting the Saxon Shore Way and the local habitat.

This really needs to be sorted. This is protecting a precious nature reserve, and a popular route for walkers, as well as providing vehicular access for maintenance vehicles.
