The DNC has confirmed the decision to seat the Florida and Michigan delegations. We have successfully secured the outcome requested in this petition. I am now transitioning to monitoring the implementation process to ensure every delegate is properly credentialed.
Howard Dean, and Members of the Media:
The DNC argument for not seating the MI and FL delegates is incorrect, because it places the wrong emphasis on American democracy.
As you know, the will of the American People trumps the self-serving interests of party politics every time. Registered Democrats voted overwhelmingly for Hillary Clinton in MI and FL during the legitimate primaries that took place in both states.
It is disheartening to see the DNC take such a fraudulent position on this, because the DNC position presupposes an influence over the Democratic Party, and the free and fair elections process which it doesn\'t have.
Harold Ickes, Governor Granholm (D-MI), Governor Crist (R-FL), Senator Ben Nelson (D-FL) and a majority of registered democrats in MI and FL have all spoken overwhelmingly that their delegates must be seated.
We the undersigned urge the DNC do just that. There should be no do over. MI and FL must be seated!
I have sent formal correspondence to members of the Rules and Bylaws Committee outlining the legal arguments for seating these delegates. We are currently tracking the public statements of party leadership to identify key points of opposition for our next brief.

The current level of engagement demonstrates that the DNC can no longer ignore the demand to seat these delegates. I am now preparing a formal letter to present these signatures directly to the Rules and Bylaws Committee members.
