It has been proven that carseats save childrens lifes. But there are no seatbelts on public transportaion to use for carseats. Bus accidents may not happen as often as car accidents but they do happen. In the event of an accident while on a bus my daughter as well as any other children could be injured . Wheel chairs are strapped down to the bus to protect the person in the chair as well as the other passengers. Why then can we not have the ability to protect our children in the same manner. I would like to have a few seats on each bus equipped with seatbelts so parents may buckle a car seat in the seat. It would be a horrific tradegy to loose a child on a bus because there were no seatbelts to save that childs life. LETS DO SOMTHING ABOUT THIS BEFORE AN ACCIDENT DOES HAPPEN
