disgusting way to treat their customers. i e now been blocked from commenting and my comme ts deleted that arent praising them or their goods. waiti g well over 2 weeks for delivery is terrible..order from ebay and its 2 days.. and amazon too ...i know because ive done so to prove a point

Ordered on 10th dec. website stated that orders may be slightly delayed due to Xmas post. Not that it would not turn up at all and that you would have no way of contacting customer services. Took my money, can't speak to any one to find out where my order is or get a refund. Very disappointed

Same situation here .. i ordered goods from them .. money was taken straight away . Received email to say order taken.. and payment received. And thats it ... every time ive asked how much longer for delivery you get the same bog standard reply tbey use on every post. When ive commented that you cant contact via phone or email my posts gets deleted. When ive comme ted that you can order from their amazon shop and get it in 2 days so why the 30 days on facebook that too gets deleted agin with no replies and ive now been banned from making comments completely . Its a disgusting way of running a business . All negative posts get deleted and eventually you are banned from commenting . Their customer service is disgusting . What a way to treat people .their 30 days before they will answer anything is rubbish. Nothing takes 30 days to get to anywhere in the uk, scotland, wales.. if they can dotheir amazon orders straight away and vet them delivered in 2 days then that should go for facebook orders too ... i ordered from amazon over a week AFTER i ordered from facebook..only 2 days but still waiti g for facebook order..how crazy is that? Shouldnt it be first order in, first out?? Looks like they take care of their amazon and ebay customers FIRST because there is someone else montering it all and they will kick them off if they dont keep up to their rules

Have taken my money but not sent my order..terrible customer service, they dont reply to emails and there is no other way to contact them..if u ask about delivery on their facebook page they delete ur comment and block u from making any further comments..worst company i have ever dealt with

They have had my mo ey and order for over a fornight now . Thats plenty of time to send it to me . Sister in law ordered from ebay and it rrived within 2 days from ordering . It seems they treat ebay and amazon ok and get their orders out because there is some rule stating they have to or get removed from either site. The facebook orders are left to last with a lot waiting well over 30 days. Its disgusting. Then when you try to ask where your order is or why hasnt it been sent yet you get your comments deleted and you get blocked from being able to post anything at all . They delete any comments that arent praising their goods

took my order and money 5th march ..still waiting like a lot of others. no reply to my posts asking where my goods are. they have now deleted my posts and stopped my from posting at all .. not good business practise i think

abserloutly disgraceful waited over a month for my order and they are a UK company based in Gatehead I believe. So disapointed I expected a call if my order would have been late or at least some explanation!
