This show is worth fighting for, it takes black Americans into the lives and hearts of our ancestors and gives life to their struggle and their strength. Through their strength, we are enriched and empowered. It gives white Americans an insight into the humanness and the heart and intent behind the revolution and subsequent changes. It brings a long ignored part of history to life in a way that encourages compassion and unity.

This show was one of the most inspiring television shows about the plight of African-Americans during the times of slavery that had good characters and not worn cliches, My family and I have been absolutely hooked for months on this show and we'd be so disappointed to see it go off air. This show is very much needed!

Underground is one of the most thought provoking shows on television today. This show depicts enslaved blacks as smart and resourceful which are characteristics rarely displayed in movies or shows about american slavery. As a fan of the show I will not give up until this show is brought back for a 3rd season! RISE UP!!!!
