May 14 2017 (Mothers Day) my washing machine stopped working.

i immediately called sears and was quoted Thursday of that week to get a technician come see my washer. I called back and asked for a supervisor who moved up my appointment to Tuesday 05/16/17.

from 1-5 pm. I called numerous time to check why the tech was not at my home by the time it was 5 pm. The tech finally came at 7 pm and said the computer brain was dead and he needed to order a new one.

My washer is only 11 months old and still covered on the Sears Extended warranty.

May 22 2017, the part comes to my home by UPS but Sears refuses to come any sooner than May 30 2017 to install the part even thou I have called many many times and talked to many different supervisors.

May 30 2017, a tech comes to install the part and says there is more issues with the washer that will need more parts to be ordered.

A return appointment has been set by them for 06/12/17.

Sears just tell me to be PATIENT!

As of today, 05/31/17 I been without a washer for 17 days.

I'm a single mom of 7 year old boys with autism that are not potty trained yet.

They wet their beds every night and go thru numerous clothes changes a day.

I'm low income and have to spend money out of my normal budget for food to take our laundry to the local laundry mat and the gas it cost to there.

I have to eat instant ramen at night so that there will be food for the boys because the money that I could eat is used for the laundry.

Sears says my machine is not a lemon and I have spent hours on the phone arguing with them and they will not give me any help.

This is the last product I ever purchase from Sears. It had been a horrible experience.
