My name is Stanley. I was introduced to drugs at the age of 17. Up until this point, I was a normal kid. I made A's and B's in school. After, I got into drugs this all went away. When I was 19, I was incarcerated until I was 24. But fortunately, this did not break down the value base that was instilled by my parents. Shortly after being release, I began my journey in search of a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Today, I am 36 years old, now a Degreed Mechanical Engineer and my record keeps me from getting a job. In 2008, I lost my job to the economy and because there in no governance of the law companies can go as far as they want into a persons history. My criminal record beyond 10 years is no indication of who I am today. Please help me by signing my petition so that companies will not be restricted entirely, but limited on how long a persons mistakes can be used against them. Thank you! Stanley
